Greetings from Colorado! Good News, the feds are encouraging banks to move more quickly with short sales to assist homeowners in avoiding foreclosures. This is very good news for the holidays. If you know anyone who is in distress, please encourage them to call their lender or a real estate professional when they are only 1-2 months in arrears. There is help available.
